L.A Architect Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1994 and since then, the practice has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of architecture particularly in the latest technological practices adopted in the building industry namely in Building Information Modelling (BIM). We are one of the few practices in Malaysia fully adopting BIM in every aspect of the design and documentation process.

We provide excellent design within a personalized service structure. Creativity comes from the pure understanding and appreciation of the particular and specific needs of a project, without the imposition of any fixed styles. Ensuring that the final design encapsulates the essence of the Client’s specific requirements integrated with the desired building economics but never neglecting aesthetics, is the commitment that we give to every project. Credence is given to the issues of sustainability that derive solutions from contemporary design aspirations.

We aim to always be at the forefront of the architectural field to improve our productivity, quality of design and project documentation. We have integrated BIM into our daily and project workflow. Building Information Modelling(BIM) is a process that begins with the creation of an intelligent 3D model and enables document management, coordination and simulation during the entire lifecycle of a project (plan, design, build, operation and maintenance).

Our Practice is now fully transformed into a firm that implements 3D Modelling software across our full scope of services, from conceptual design to tender and construction drawings. This has indeed improved our quality of service and increased our productivity rate; completion time for each phase of work is reduced tremendously with even multiple design options for one project. We are now able to engage in the BIM process efficiently whilst still propagating the design philosophy that our Practice believes in.

The team is a conglomeration of one highly qualified principal with well diversified and specialized on-the-job experiences, with a breed of talented, creative, well experienced and individually specialized Architects, 3D modeler Designers and Technical 3D modelers’ Team. Never missing and always meeting datelines, the team members each with their own specialised expertise contributes excellent team work which propagates a strong support system for the Principal.
